A teacher should always think that a child is a young plant. It will grow however we will train it. If you rear it to be kind and righteous, it will grow straight, fresh and tender and will flourish properly. But if not, then because of improper training it will grow bent and stand wonky and there will be no hope of changing it.
So need to produce individual who are intellectually, emotionally, physically and spiritually balanced and harmonious. ‘Education is not the filling of a bucket, but the lighting of a fire’ and that lighting for students is doing well by all my staff.
